Who you are contracting with

TheOutfitStylist (the "Service", "we", "us") is provided by its independent operator. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you are entering into a contract with us. You can reach us at service@theoutfitstylist.com.

Using TheOutfitStylist

By creating an account you agree to use TheOutfitStylist for your personal styling. You're responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, content you don't have the rights to, or content that depicts other people without consent. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including TheOutfitStylist software, design, brand, and documentation, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal styling. You retain ownership of the wardrobe photos and other content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI suggestions

Outfit suggestions are generated by AI and provided as-is. They're inspiration, not professional styling advice. You decide what to actually wear.

Service availability

TheOutfitStylist is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay any amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Liability

TheOutfitStylist is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
